Shipping Policy

All our orders are usually processed and shipped within 24-48 hours of an order being placed (excluding weekends and public holidays, when it will be shipped the next business day).  You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order has been dispatched. You can track your order via the tracking number provided on this email.  Archie-lu-rose ships via Australia Post for all deliveries. 

If you haven't received a shipping confirmation please check your junk mail folder. 

Please ensure that your delivery information is correct. Incorrect information can cause delays.

A signature is not required upon delivery. If no-one is there to receive the package it will be left in a safe place. If the courier determines that no safe place is available they will leave a calling card so you can pick up from your nearest Australia Post office.

  • Sydney – 3 to 10 business days 
  • Melbourne – 3 to 10 business days
  • Brisbane – 2 to 7 business days.
  • Adelaide – 3 to 14 business days
  • Perth – 6 to 19 business days (approx 3 weeks. Please consider Express Delivery for Perth and other WA areas)
  • Hobart – 6 to 11 business days
  • Darwin – 13 to 17 business days (approx 3 weeks. Please consider Express Delivery for Darwin and NT areas)

WA Delivery Delays Due To Storm. Delays of 2-3 business days are expected for standard post deliveries from March 11th as the rail line to WA has been closed. Please consider express post for WA as this will go air freight. The Auspost website has more information.


Please Note: Archie-lu-rose is not responsible for; stolen/lost packages, packages sent to the wrong address, or refunding/replacing packages in these cases. Archie-lu-rose is not responsible for any package once they are handed over to our shipping partners but we will happily work with you try to determine what went wrong.

Hospital Deliveries

Due to restrictions some hospitals aren't accepting deliveries, so where possible we advise delivery to a home address. 

If you do choose to do a hospital delivery it is your responsibility to confirm that the recipient will be in hospital for the full day that your delivery will be made.

If delivery is made to a hospital and the patient has checked out, been moved to another hospital or hotel, or is admitted under a different name (maiden name), a re-delivery fee may apply.

Please include as much information as possible, including the ward and room number when placing your order.
