Where does Archie-lu-rose ship?

Archie-lu-rose is based on the Gold Coast, Australia and we ship Australia wide and to New Zealand.  You may experience longer delivery times when ordering from New Zealand and remote areas of Australia but we do our best to expedite the dispatch of your order and minimise any delay.

Do you deliver to Hospitals?

Some hospitals do not accept deliveries and some hospitals do not pass the parcel from delivery to maternity ward promptly enough resulting in the new parents leaving their room before receiving it.  Sometimes due to shipping timeframes (i.e. over the weekends) the parcel arrives after the parents have left the hospital and once it has been delivered it is very difficult to recover resulting in an even longer delay.

In order to get the best service and the most prompt delivery we always advise to deliver your gift to a home address so that you can either take it with you to the hospital when visiting or wait for the parents to get home to get it delivered straight to their door.

The gift I ordered was a corporate gift, can I get a tax invoice?

Yes, please contact us via email at admin@archielurose.com if you require a tax invoice and we will send you through a copy.

Do the hampers come with a gift card?

Yes, a personal message can be added to our note cards.  Please try to keep it under 50 words.

When you add a hamper to the cart -  you will see a box that says ‘special order instructions’ please add your message in here.  Alternatively you can send us an email at admin@archielurose.com if you forget to do this and checkout. 

I haven’t received an order confirmation?

Please ensure you check your junk mail before emailing us.  If you still haven’t received an order confirmation shortly after you have completed an order please reach out to us at admin@archielurose.com
