REFUNDS

Archie-lu-rose takes pride in how our gifts are presented. If you are not completely satisfied when your product arrives you need to contact us via email admin@archielurose.com within 72hours of the registered delivery time. We will work with you to find a suitable solution for both parties. This may be a replacement item for damaged goods, refund due to a faulty product or partial refund if a replacement is not required.

CHANGE OF MIND

If you change your mind right after you’ve placed your order, then you can get in touch with us and if we haven’t shipped your products out, there is a chance for cancellation. As soon as the item has been processed for fulfilment, cancellation will not be possible.

 

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
